All submissions should not have been submitted for
review, accepted for publication, or already
published elsewhere. All paper will be double-blind
refereed by independent reviewers on a rolling
basis. Papers should in PDF format and are limited
to 20 pages or 8000 words (extended abstracts should
not exceed 6 pages), not including tables or
figures. Author of an accepted paper must submit a
camera-ready final paper and present the paper in
the conference to qualify for publishing the paper
in the conference proceedings.

Extended abstracts and case studies of related
topics are also very welcome. For those submissions,
please choose "Extended Abstracts" and "Case
Studies" respectively while registering your
submission in the system. Please also specify the
track name embraced by a pair of parentheses in
"Title and Abstract" registration page to indicate
which track your manuscript is related to.
